Cram Osteopath came recommended. I went with sciatica which was confirmed as a classic case. After serveral sessions my five weeks of constant high pain down my right leg has eased off allowing me to sleep better. Alex has gently manipulated my issue while advising me on stretching movements at home which I have done minimum twice a day. He answered my questions & was positive towards my progress which was great. Clear communication from receptionists with email confirming appointments. Thanks for helping.
