We had an very good experience at this dealership. Ed Williams was a pleasure to work with. Crain GMC in Springdale offered us $7k more for our trade in than Everett GMC in Bentonville. HUGE DIFFERENCE! They were much more honest and in line with what kbb said the vehicle was worth.
My wife took our Enclave in for an oil change and tire rotation today 9-2-16. Last night I marked the tires with a silver sharpie. They rotated the left side only. When I told the service writer he put me on hold and talked to the service tech. The tech said he was 95% sure he did both sides. The markings prove 100% that he did not. In addition they came up with a laundry list of things that needed to be done. In all, they found another $360.00 plus tax in "time" maintenance to be done. Imagine that. Will I go back? I called today trying to figure out how much a truck would be planned on going later that day to check it out and test drive it but my bf was at work. The guy I talked to was very hateful and couldn't figure out what kind of truck I was talking about even though I gave him specifics. He later said he would call me back and give me more specifics but never got a call back.
If anyone is in the market for a GMC or Buick, I HIGHLY recommend this place!! Lee and team made the car buying experience absolutely painless. I don't typically write business reviews but after the experience I had with another LARGE dealer in NWA, my pleasant experience with Lee and the entire Crain team was a such a relief!!
The people here are absolutely wonderful, Yustin did and continues to do everything he can to help me out with everything I need. Wouldn't want to buy a car anywhere else! 12/10
