We purchased a vehicle from Cabot and worked with our Salesman Tony Washington. Love this PLACE!!! The sales people really know their stuff. I had a dealership is Dallas I Loved and bought 8 cars from them. Then I moved to Arkansas and bought 3 cars since I have been here. The first two were terrible experiences. Then came to Crain and was BLOWN AWAY I have found my NEW CAR home for sure!!!! The service is amazing.
I love getting my oil changed here! They have the friendliest staff and they always seem to go above and beyond their requirements. Last time they ran my car through the car wash! They also have a wonderful, spacious, clean waiting room with a large TV and comfortable chairs and they offer beverages and snacks. I did not eat the Christmas cookies this time, but I did enjoy some apple cider. If you are a regular customer, they also send out coupons! My car is always well-treated. Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. Finance department is sketchy and add things into your deal...and when you confront them about it, they get belligerent. When you try to take your complaint to the general manager "he no longer works for the company." Okay...want to talk to regional manager then..."sorry, he's not reachable." Will never buy from ANY Crain dealer again.
