My entire Yukon was vandalized today with spray paint- Crain auto body immediately got me in and were able to buff the paint off within hours - my car looks as if it never happened. The service techs were so professional and kind- I was extremely impressed by their customer service. Highly recommend!

We had to get another truck to better fit our needs. It was truck shopping day with four different dealers to go to and it started pouring down rain, First stop Crain Buick GMC. Needless to say we left with exactly what we went shopping for and didn't even make it to the other dealers. Mike our sales guy was awesome !! Every time I make an appointment to get my car serviced they tell me one time on the phone and when I get to there the appointment is for a totally different time. It wastes hours of my day! Not only do I drive a half an hour to get here but I end up waiting an hour for an appointment time that i was incorrectly told. Why would anyone in their right mind show up an hour early for an appointment?! Just get it together or get a better appointment setter behind the desk!!
Ive had the car used for a little over a year alrwady had to pay out of pocket for repairs not my fault and warranty has covered nothing poor service
Just bought a 2018 Yukon XL Denali and loving it. Everyone here was great, and friendly. Glen, my salesman pretty cool guy, got me everything I needed. Awesome place, awesome service.
