I am very glad I took my 2014 Terrain to Crain GMC and the Service Writer Braxton was very helpful and kept me informed during the time I was at the dealership and the Service Tech, Shane was the best, he took a lot of time trying to find out the problem and then spent a good amount of time going over the outcome and ways to make the Bluetooth to work I had taken my vehicle back to Superior GMC a lot of times and they just made a joke out of things and in 1 1/2 years never fixed the problem or explained why it would not work... read more

I will never buy another vehicle there. It took like 3 weeks to get my car and sales guy agreed to things being fixed and the service people tried to get around it. I got that all covered finally and realized my lights needed adjusted. Well they documented they fixed them and then when I drove at night they shined up to the sky. My husband tried to see if he could fix them but couldn't figure out how so at that point it voided the warranty on them. I feel they should've fixed them the first time. Worst place to do business with sale manager was very child like and and unprofessional for a manager the sale guy kyle baker would do business with him any time he was the only reason I did not walk away from the sale thanks again kyle

I wish I could give zero stars BUT our salesman was GREAT so I guess that will account for the single star. People, please beware, the sales manager Tim S. will try to trick you into buying extra warranties and service packages that he will claim he is "giving" to you. And if you ask him a simple question like "what is the overall finance charge" (which I suggest you do to make sure he isn't scamming you like he tried to do to us) he will roll his eyes at you like a 4 year old girl and huff and puff all the way back to his d... read more

My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from them on the same day. There was a long wait, but that was out of the salesman's control. Ed Williams was very helpful and not pushy at all. I drove an hour and a half to see a car I found online. He asked what I wanted AND listened. They were able to get both cars under my budget including gap insurance. I am very grateful that both cars were used and came with a 100,000 mile warranty. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
