I have taken my vehicles to Crain in Springdale for service for over 2 years now. No matter what I have done or who helps me, I always have a great experience. But yesterday, Yustin and Ryan went over and above the normal and were exceptional. They helped put my very good friend's young daughter in a nice used car that was a great deal. When other dealerships tried to take advantage of her naivety, they did not. They went out of their way (literally) and that kind of 5 star service is hard to find. Well done! -Jennifer H.
