I’m a girl so naturally my requests were completely ignored. The guy came back with a payment double what I said I could afford. Looked at no other my reasonable options and made me feel guilty about some cosmetic damage that he deemed “extensive” but that’s how it goes in the car business right you ask for the lowest offer on a mediocre car and they bring you the most expensive version of the car you’re looking at. Spend your time and money somewhere else. The employees and sales manager I dealt with have zero respect for their customers. They went back on their word numerous times. Not to mention they lied about doing a safety checklist on my vehicle (seatbelt was broke). Also, they painted a perfect picture of false advertisement. The truck supposedly had A/C and it didn’t. $26,000 truck with no A/C? REALLY? I could go on and on with my experience.
