Absolute joke of a company! Went along Auchinairn road, down Hillhead road, cutting out wallacewell road, and missing a whole load of school kids, including my son. This has happened a few times, and when you try to phone them, the phone rings out. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was disappointed to see the driver smoking a cigarette while DRIVING the 72 bus, I could see him from where I was sitting and could smell the cigarette smoke, not only is it illegal, to smoke in a workplace vehicle, or anywhere indoors it is irresponsible and shocking as he was endangering the health and life of everyone, as he could not have been in full control of the bus,  I can’t believe that the driver thought that this was acceptable !!!

The 72 has to be the worst bus service in and around Glasgow, late, unreliable, slow and rarely clean. On multiple occasions the drivers have sped up straight past people trying to get on, even the elderly. And with having to wait an hour for the next bus it simply should not be tolerated. Terrible bus.

Terrible bus service, the 310 is the only bus that takes my kids to school, it’s bad that it’s only 1 an hour but worse when it doesn’t turn up at all, this past week I’ve had to pay for taxis or take them myself when i should be working, this is absolutely the worse bus service I’ve ever came across, and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to make a complaint! If I could give minus stars I would!
