My doctor flat out refuses to reduce my medication to prove whether it is a misdiagnosis or not. I attended a few years back in 2021 for poor mental health. This was an appointment to assess what kind of medications I should be on for my panic attacks. I was told I didn't need anything and left with a self-help leaflet and crushed hopes. I had to go outside to cry after my appointment, I truly felt hopeless. I hope they're doing a lot better now.
