My daughter had an accident on her way to work. Fortunately no one was hurt, but the car needed to be recovered. I contacted Craig for help and even though he was away, he provided me with alternative contacts, twice as others were also away! Very helpful and friendly, he checked to confirm the recovery was sorted and then went on to help me sort out the repair of the vehicle. What an incredible company this is, had a problem with a blow out tyre and loss of electrics, took Craig and Darra less than 30 minutes to collect me and the car, take me to a garage in Hull and then take me home absolute stars! We had spent 3 hours phoning numerous recovery companies without success! Cannot praise them enough just wish there were more companies like this around! Thank you for everthing!
