I’m very grateful to have seen Dr. Kemper. I felt like he wanted to help me as a patient with specific needs and he addressed all my concerns. I am confident he is well informed in his field of medicine and is interested in helping his patient with a common sense approach to the issues before him.
He made me feel comfortable from the very start of the visit
Dr. Kemper is a Gifted surgeonand fantastically competent. He performed an occipital crainiotomy, on me, to treat an AVM. Day 1: surgery and ICU. Day2: out of ICU and discharged. AVM completely taken care of. Also, practically mo pain. DRr. Kemper has my extreme gratitude and sincerest thanks! I can now resume my life!

Dr. Kemper is compassionate and kind to his patients. He anwered all my questions to my satisfaction. The staffers that work with him are respectiful and polite.
I have not had my syrgery as yet. But in pre-op we ran into him. Dr Kemper stopped us and told us that he was already in contact with a voice specialist. I am a professional singer and this was a comcern for me. I already seem to be loosing my voice. My wife and I felt very blessed to have his concern for me.
An outstanding neurosurgeon. Dr Kemper preformed a MVD procedure for TN I was experiencing on 23 Feb 2017. No complications at all. Excellent care provided during the the hospital stay, and in follow up visits. Would highly recommend Dr Kemper.
Dr Kemper I feel is the best neurosurgeon in Austin. In all areas of that specialty he is a cut above
