In the Fall of 2006, Dr. Kemper utilized cutting-edge technology to explore a mass that was growing in my husband's brain stem, with a very low prognosis of success. My husband was dying, and at my insistance, Dr. Kemper agreed to operate on him. At the end of the surgery, Dr. Kemper diagnosed my husband with a 'Grade 4 Glioma,' and thought that, at that time, the only recourse was radiation therapy. However, the next day, when my husband was in the ICU, Dr. Kemper visited him and was surprised to see my husband sitting up, ... read more

I can’t express enough gratitude to Dr. Craig Kemper for giving me my life back. Since 2018, I had been suffering from debilitating trigeminal neuralgia, a condition that caused excruciating pain and made daily life unbearable. After years of searching for a solution and consulting with various specialists, Dr. Kemper was the only one who provided real hope. On March 2024, Dr. Kemper performed a microvascular decompression surgery that has completely changed my life. His expertise, precision, and genuine care for his patient... read more

After suffering with SCDS for years, it was time to finally take the step to have it corrected. Elective brain surgery is never high on anyone’s “to-do” list, but it did afford me the added time of doing a thorough search to find the best Brain Surgeon I could locate. While I was planning on selecting a surgeon here in Austin, I did not limit my search to just this city. I looked in all areas of Texas and even beyond. However, once I identified Dr Kemper, I was confident that I had found the best surgeon for my needs regardl... read more

Dr. Kemper performed a craniotomy on me approximately one year ago. He was fantastic.
