Dr. Kemper performed a craniotomy on me approximately one year ago. He was fantastic. He is concise, practical, and a very clear communicator, and I trusted his decisions because he had such a logical rational behind them. As compared to another neurosurgeon I saw, his treatment plan was more conservative with a clearer path towards a positive outcome, although at the expense of a slightly longer recovery.
