First rate specialist and extremely respectful. Dr Kemper was so patient and thorough during a lengthy appointment with my elderly father. His staff was excellent and he discovered a very serious health issue unrelated to his specialty that had previously been missed by other doctors. We both highly recommend Dr Kemper and his practice.
Dr. Kemper was very professional and concerned about my medical issue. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a spine issue since that was the reason for my surgery.

For cervical fusing, Dr Kemper is great. He did mine in December, and it was easy for me from surgery through recovery. And the pain is gone! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kemper is an excellent surgeon I would recommend him to anyone needing surgery in his specialty. .
He is a doctor that doesn't jump into operation right away. First the treatment and then wait to see if it helps.
