Dr. Kemper provided excellent care, I highly recommend him. He explained clearly and answered all of my questions. My surgery was successful with no complications.
I have often talked to friends who have back pain and depending on their need for help, I have always recommended Dr. Kemper. He is not one to jump into surgery and would rather avoid surgery if at all possible. He has done two surgeries on my back, for two different problems, and I would recommend him to anyone with severe back pain. He explains the procedures and the expected results in a way that I can understand and know what to do next. He is the best.
I like Dr. Kemper. He was honest in his assessment of my back problem, was thorough and conservative in my treatment planning and was willing to explore all possible options. I like his manner and honesty.

Was referred to Dr Kemper for Glossopharnygeal Neuralgia after some testing he diagnosed me with Chiari malformation. The condition was quickly addressed and I had surgery. My experience has been great and I wouldn't hesitate to have surgery by Dr. Kemper again. He has been great at explaining everything and making it so my husband and I understood what was going on.
