Amazing guys to deal with. Got let down on a car by a main dealer. Craig came to the rescue with an excellent deal on a very similar car. Nicely prepped and hassle free. The car has performed faultlessly over the past six months, we were treated with care and respect. Purchased a VW Golf from here last December and initial service was great. On driving away noticed an issue with the screen that basically rendered it unusable that wasn’t present on the test drive and made Craig aware immediately who said they would get it replaced. 6 weeks later I had heard nothing back so I chased up again and I was told again it would be sorted, heard nothing for another 3 months and chased up again and was just ignored.
