Poor workmanship from the outset. Took longer than it should have. I had to constantly point out poor quality on almost every window. I was told with the timber framing inside that small imperfections would be sorted by the painter to follow. He was in today and has just painted over the issues leaving them just as bad. We choose CR Smith because we were told they are good quality. Think I will be saving the extra £5000-£8000 and going somewhere else next time. Not worth the extra at all. The sales team wos grate at selling! But from all the promises to the final product wos a long and painful hassle! Constantly pressure to send the satisfaction certificate whe dore wos not finished ! Still left with scratches from installation and small defects that should not be for nearly 2.5k £ ! Personally I'm not going to request any of their services!
