Muy mala experiencia!! Llevamos un teléfono para cambiar un vidrio. Nos tomaron el trabajo y nos dieron fecha de entrega para el martes 13 de marzo 2018. Cuando fuimos a retirarlo nos encontramos con la terrible situación de que habían cerrado desde el 12 y hasta el 20 de marzo. I left my Samsung Note 5 to get the screen fixed. They told me it would take between 3 to 5 days to get the piece and that it should be done by Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest. I was taking a plane back home on Wednesday morning and I specifically told them that due to this I needed my phone back on Tuesday at the latest. They said not to worry and they kept my phone. Went back n and Alex at the front desk helped me clean my phone, check my battery life and set up my phone again to successfully play music in my car when it was having glitches for no apparent reason. Very straight forward honest and helpful. Did it all for free. Thanks
My iphone 6 mic was not functioning, i was in the plaza and i thought i go in and ask what it could be. I talked to Miguel who was very friendly, I did not have the phone with me but i inquired about a price for repair, he told me a price . I came the next day he diagnosed the phone and repl the defective parts, took less then an hour and the price was the same as quoted. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get there equipment repaired very honest people.
