No customer service what so ever...took me 6 emails to get an answer from one question about payment plans only to be answered by " we are not a financial company!" Still woating on an answer for anotlher question but im guessing thats too much to ask for now..They all need training on how to deal with queries. I would mark them 0 as they dragged it on meaning the fee increased. Ceo should be ashamed!

Lots of the Google Reviews appear to be about Parking! There is a parking company called "CPM" but it is NOT this one. CPM UK are a Field Marketing Agency in Thame. They are highly reputable and have been in business for years. It is clear that a lot of the Reviews are from people who have difficulty distinguishing between these two companies. Doh!

Would give no stars if possible. Consistently apply parking charge notices to our works vehicle on an exempt area of land. You can't call them to discuss and try to sort. Just found a phone number, waited 30 mins to get through, rude aggressive man on the phone, i asked him not to be so aggressive and he put the phone down on me (which i assume was always the plan). This companies working practices need investigating.
