The product and the fitters, plumber, electrician etc are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they were all very clean and tidy. However the whole process was let down by the manager, unfortunately he is only interested in the money. I have a lovely kitchen but have an extractor fan that doesn’t extract outside like my original one did with electrics that are located in the extractor chimney which get damp when in use which is a worry. Purchased a luxury high gloss kitchen in 2016, it soon became apparent there was an issue with the high gloss in so much that the gloss finish was coming off the under board base, after consultation with Cozy-plan and the manufacturer, all affected doors were replaced; scroll onto 2023 and the same problem is reoccurring with two of the doors, it transpires that Cozy-plan only guarantees their kitchens for 5 years!!! and apparently the manufacturer has gone bust, however the salesman would see what he could do.
