I decided to go with these people after the initial survey was carrined out by a very nice chap who clearly took great pride in the fact that the owner of the business was his son. I can't help thinking that, if he was aware of the appalling 'service' the company provides, his pride would turn to shame. Lee and his team were very quick and efficient with their install. They offered me the best price for installation and once all the paperwork was sorted the worked quickly to book me in. There were minor teething issues after the install and they were back very swiftly to fix them. I would highly recommend them! Thanks!

I had a bit of hesitation when I checked the Google reviews to begin with however I booked a consultation with them. The owner of the business came and explained everything to me and he said the number of reviews did not reflect the amount of business that comes his way and the less than positive reviews were not a reflection of the hundreds of great experiences customers have had. Leaks and problems. Going legal. Suggest you avoid. Cozy installed a large domestic solar system (21 panels with optimisers, 2 batteries, and iboost for water, inverter). It was a decent price and in some senses the system works well. However, we have had three main issues. 1) We had serious leaks through ceilings within days. Was behind there van, the driver stopped in the middle of the road got out of his vehicle and proceeded to shout and swear his head off at us, one of the worst instances of road rage i have seen. This happened along Benfleet high Road
