Can never get an appointment, multiple promises of being called by the GP which never happen, essentially just get strung along

Very polite and helpful receptionist this morning.
I called in this morning as I had fallen and twisted my Ankle. I wanted some advice on what I should do and the receptionist I spoke to was very rude, unsypathetic and abrupt!! May I remind this receptionist that you are serving patients. If you can't be polite and speak respectfully then this is not the job for you. This is unacceptable as the Dr's and nurses at the surgery are so attentive, patient and professional. I have been a patient of this surgery for over 30 years and have never had anyone speak to me this way.
