The worst internet service provider in the world. I hope you go out of business
Have been stuck with cox and intermitent issues for years on their service. The customer representatives on the phone are rude and unhelpful. Recently I switched to their modem on the advice of an IT professional. Ever since then the service has been fast then slow then stop. They sent out four different technicians, no fix. Now of course they are chargin me for the service calls to try to fix their issue. Time to move on to satellite.
