Needed to see the practice nurse. Received a call back very quickly and got an appointment the same morning. Very good service.
I wouldn't bother joining this medical practice they don't have any doctors only nurses who will fob you off complete waste of time ment to have a duty of care and there not interested no wonder a&e is busy it's the only way to actually see a doctor they should be ashamed of themselves
On behalf of both my wife and myself I give the full 5 stars Angela on the phone or face to face is helpful and genuine. Over recent months my health has deteriorated dramatically and each doctor has shown kindness care and professionalism. This has been mirrored in the care and attention of my wife also. A very small practice which is stretched beyond its limits in the volume of patients seen daily are doing a fantastic job
Just like most doctors right now it’s so hard to get an appointment and when you do it’s mostly still phone appointments which are no use
