Had to stop due to a warning light on my truck. Was told it would be 5 days before they could look at it! They could care less that I was stranded or needed to be somewhere. I have never had such terrible rude service. After having a meltdown they found the time to at least put it on the computer & all it needed was to be reset. For all they cared I could sit there for 5 days. We own 4 dodges & will seriously consider never buying another after how I was treated today at this dealership.

I found a minivan at another dealership closer to where we live. I took my family and we went and test drove a Dodge Caravan. I liked the vehicle, but when I did an internet search, I found a better van with half the miles for less money at Cowboy Dodge! I contacted Cowboy Dodge through their website. I really respect the experience I had there. I told them I didn't want to play games, I gave them what I would pay and needed to know if they could or couldn't meet that price. They gave me their best price they could do on that vehicle at that time and didn't waste any more of my time! I hope to be able to do business with them in the future even though we weren't able to get together on this vehicle. It means a ton that you respected my time and didn't play games when I asked for no games.
