RecommendedService was great! Traveling cross-country. In Cheyenne for CFDs. Service able to accommodate us for an oil change. Very pleasant to deal with.
We bought a 25thousand dollar vehicle and the transmission went out before i even made my first payment or got the dealer plates off it. (1 month after purchase) They gave me 3 options. Take 500 bucks off a 6500 dollar fix. Trade me into another truck way more used than what I bought. Or dramatically increase my payments with a brand new truck. They don’t back their product. Beware. “New cowboy dodge”
RecommendedThis is not the same old Cowboy dealership. New ownership is changing this dealership for the better. Much better! Good customer service is key and they are delivering.
I paid $100 more for fuel filters than my friend did at Fremont Motors. I’ve had my truck in 4 times for the check engine light, hopefully it’s fixed this time.
RecommendedMy wife and I are from Houston, TX and had some issues with our 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Cecil got our vehicle in, diagnosed, and fixed very quickly. Cecil was awesome and our courtesy shuttle driver even gave us a brief tour and history lesson about Cheyenne. This kind of hospitality and service is not so common anymore. Thank you Cowboy Chrysler Jeep and Cecil!
Called the service department today to get a appointment for my 2019 Cherokee because the brakes sound like their dragging and the transmission is not shifting properly and I have to wait until July 5th!, a week and a half I have to wait with a new vehicle under warranty, I guess I’m suppose to walk!
RecommendedMichael Kern did his best to get my mom into something that she wanted! By far the best dealership in the state!!
