My family has always purchased our vehicles from Cowboy Dodge but what I witnessed on Friday has changed my views. Took my truck in there last thurs for a national recall with nothing at all wrong with it got it back and it has a lot of problems took it back to them to fix what THEY messed up and the want me to pay them to find the problem The must not care about costumer service or they would fix there madtakes on there dime

We have lived in Cheyenne 25 years and purchased all but 1 of our vehicles with them they have always had the best deals in town. Andrew Butler is an excellent addition to Cowboy Dodge.
Was really surprised at my experience here - my brother and I were treated much better than we have been at other dealers around Cheyenne (and Fort Collins) and I ended up buying the Jeep I just came in to look at. Hopefully won't need a new car for a while now, but will be coming back here for sure when I do. Thank you!
Came in with my sister to look at a Renegade but our salesman was so helpful that she probably didn't need me! Super patient even when she had a billion questions and ended up coming home with it today. Would for sure recommend after being to other dealerships who wanted to tell her what she wanted, not listen to what she needed!
