My husband and I worked with Ricky this weekend and he was great! We tried 3 different Jeeps until I found the perfect one and when they didn't have the color I wanted on the lot he found one to ship in. I was anxiously awaiting for it get here and detailed he texted me a picture. We appreciated his personal service and I love my Jeep!
Had such a great experience with Cowboy Dodge! I went in, knowing exactly what I wanted and I got just that. They were able to get me approved by myself and low payments! As a first time car buyer, Trace made the process so easy and I was able to walk in and walk out with a new car in the same day! I would definitely recommend this sales team to anyone in the market for a car.
Cowboy Dodge has an incredible service department. Richard and the mechanics went above and beyond to help find the issue with my Ram truck, (a couple loose wires in the end) repair it, and get me taken care of. From returning my phone calls with initial questions to helping me carry items out of my truck for the day, they went the extra mile. It also helped that I could get work done in their waiting lounge with free WiFi, popcorn, water, and coffee. Big thanks to all they do!!
To be honest I was not at all happy with my experiences with Cowboy Dodge over the last year or so but my experience with the new team at the body shop has been amazing. The dealership lost Me as a customer but I am definitely reconsidering after seeing the new attitude. Very pleased.
Had my 2017 Ram 1500 serviced here and couldn't fault the process. Everything was explained and they were good about checking before replacing parts that would cost me extra. Good deal, will be back.
Really sad that this dealership has gone done since Rich has left. Went in to see if we could trade in a Jeep for a new truck. We told the guy we could afford $1,100 a month max and and give a $5,000 down payment. Apparently that is not good enough for them give us a reason as to why we couldn’t get the truck. They couldn’t come up with an explanation and just gave us the run around. Won’t be going back to them for our next vehicle.
