RecommendedI have been going to Cowboy Dodge for a long time. When I needed a vehicle I would see Robert ( not there any more) and he always gave me a good deal. On the other hand the auto shop was awful. I just took my mega cab in to get the sun roof fixed (when I was told before that they couldn't fix it and that I would have to go to a body shop, Darwin was in charge.) Totally awful. Screwy prices, sketchy deals, and total dishonesty from the salesmen.
Mike d shared his experience with me and it echoed previous run ins I've gassed with this dealership. Literally the worst dealership in Cheyenne.
Customer service is shady and Mike D sent me.
Unfortunate series of events that could have been prevented. How do you sign a legal financing contract and hand over a vehicle and then call back a week later saying they can’t honor their end of the contract?!! After having the car for a week. ... Sounds like a consumer financial Protection bureau issue to me. At least they had the original truck when swapped out of the “new” one.
