Worst service I have ever had. I initially took in my 1999 Dodge 2500 for service to the right/passenger side window and the left/driver side suicide door on 11/19/2019. The right/passenger side window was repaired without issue. The suicide door was having trouble opening. I had looked into it prior to bringing it to Cowboy. Cowboy Dodge service has become the most true professional dealer/service center that I know of in Southwestern Wyoming I deal with other dealer service departments and no one can compare to Cowboy Dodge. Best thing the other Service departments can do is go to work at Cowboy Dodge and learn how to run a service department

These folks are great! Or sales guy was Zach and he was extremely pleased to work with. My brother and I expected to go in feeling pressured and there was none (by then or us). Which is amazing, considering nearly every other time at a dealership had a ton. I highly recommend Cowboy, in Cheyenne, if you want a good experience.
Danny was very friendly and made buying a new car simple and easy
