this firm has ruined my family's life. Due to lack of communication by Helen McWilliams we were gazumped on a house in Dundee and were left in a difficult situation having to decide whether to go ahead with selling our home. Cowans made no effort to contact the sellers or obtain a qualified acceptance on our offer. Totally unprofessional - do not use for any kind of conveyancing.
