By far the worse run medical pratice in the town .They dont even take telephone calls from the hospital requesting a prescription they have to email the request then it takes up to 5 days for patient to get the medication .As for the reception staff they should learn how to deal with Public but thats down to pratice manager.How this pratice is allowed to be run like this god only knows certainly no advert for NHS SCOTLAND
