Left work to get tested (due to exposure). They asked if anyone needed to have results sooner than the end of the day & I told them I did. Sent messages & emails the NEXT DAY because I never received anything. I got a message saying they had run out of rapid tests & I would have results in 48-72 hours; meanwhile I was off work & not getting paid. I tested on Wednesday, December 29th; I am writing this review on January 14th ... never did receive any results!!! They also gave out information to my supervisor when she went up ... read more

I chose 1 star only because I had to pick a star to get to post a review, otherwise it would have been negative starts. My husband and I tested December 29th at 9:20 a.m.. I was told we would have our PCR results back in 24 to 72 hours. We did not really need the rapid results. I went back to the test site 24 hours after testing to see if they could see where we were with our results. I was told that the tests do not leave the site until 5:00 p.m. or so each day. Absolutely awful don’t get your test here, I’ve been waiting over a week for my results when it said 2-4 days. Costed me 5 days of being out of work, absolutely ridiculous. They keep giving me the run around whenever I try to get ahold of someone.
