Im a first time buyer and bought a 2021 Bronco. Everyone was super friendly until I made my first payment and saw I owed about $8,000 more then what was showed to me. I reviewed the contract and they NEVER went over key replacement or the theft charge. On the key contract it showed they gave me two keys which they did not. Never do business here!! We were trying to buy a vehicle from them and were located out of state. I told them to send me pictures and videos of the vehicle and show me any imperfections. Also wanted them to be honest and upfront with any issues the vehicle may have. They assured me it was a great vehicle and took pictures of the car and everything looked good. TLDR: Don't ever bring your vehicle here for service. 5 weeks later, with no loaner or rental, my 2 year old vehicle had 1 out of 3 repairs completed...... And I still have no receipt or paperwork that shows me what they did.... This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my adult life. It was so bad, it's almost laughable.I dropped my vehicle off on August 16th to have 3 repairs completed under warranty. I picked it up today, September 21st. I purchased a 2022 Maverick from this dealership on 8/5/22. The salesman (******) was very professional and courteous. However, that's where the goodness ends. I never got or saw the window sticker to see the actual price of the vehicle. I trusted too much. After the purchase, I wanted to get the window sticker to see the options I have on the vehicle. Horrible place! The sales team will promise to fix things then when sale is final they back out on promises. The service department does shady work. They changed my oil sticker but not my oil. I had extra parts left under the hood of the car. My vehicle was there for way longer than promised and things still didn't get fixed. This place should be shut down. Steer clear of this place unless you like to be lied too.

I ordered a Bronco July 2020, special order and Ford has continued to send emails saying that there would be no price gouging allowed, especially given all of the delays due to leaking issues and the car shortage. Well my Bronco order arrived to Covert yesterday (over a year later), and I was told I would have a significant markup on my vehicle and even on SPECIAL ORDER vehicles, they are marking them up 10-20K. We came to look at a diesel truck and thats where the nightmare started. We ended up buying a used f350. It had some issues that needed to be addressed. We left the truck with the dealership and waited. We called almost daily to check on status nothing. A week later its finally ready. In the meantime the salesman says keep your receipts we will reimburse you all. Then we find out the windshield wipers dont work. Another visit to the dealership. Dont they check anything? I took my F-350 in for recalls and PM long story short when I went to pick up *********** def system tank and all was in the bed of my truck, not only that my truck will not go over 50 mph they claimed they found diesel in the system all this was done without my consent the manager ************ claimed they were saving me money by not putting it back on. He also claimed that my F-350 would blow up if they would have left the system on. Oh and charged me 3k by the way. Stay away from Covert ford
