We purchased a 2021 Lincoln Navigator with 10k miles on in August 2022 from Covert Ford Lincoln in ******. In October 2023, with approx 24k miles on it, our local dealership in ********* completely replaced the transmission, repaired the Apple car play system and repaired the drivers seat. In April 2024, the car started having trouble with all the same things. Convert **** is the worst dealship 2013 truck making payment at 600 monthly trying make you pay like it's brand new they need to be audited and investigated for there practices do not recommend convert **** at all they want to take your money and sale you c*** and they people don't care about customer service or doing people right a zero

My 2014 Escape had a low coolant light coming on intermittently for a few months and we were having to add coolant every month or so. We took it to a local auto shop who put it under pressure but couldn’t determine what was wrong. Took it to Covert because we figured Ford might know what was going on. I bought this 2020 Lincoln Corsair 4 months ago. With it I purchased a 6 year ******* mile warranty. I have called 4, maybe five times to repair this radio that has no audio. At times my screen goes out also. Sometimes its lit up sometimes not. They never attempted to call me back. I decided to visit them at the dealership. This has been the worst service ever. We ordered a brand new SUV and had issues with people telling ** false information and not taking care of the issues with the car. And then promising to take care of it and never getting a phone call back. We have been without our vehicle for 2+ months now just because they can't fix the problem. Worst experience I've ever had paying someone to fix something. My Focus's dashboard stopped working, so I drove it to Covert, where I gave it to a service rep, who drove it away and parked it.They told me they couldn't look into the dashboard, because one of the cables to the 12-V battery had a bolt that was missing. They told me that **** rules don't allow them to replace only the bolt; they have to replace the entire battery cable system, which is $350 in parts and labor. I purchased a used car from them. Worse experience ever. The car never worked starting from purchase date. They lied to me saying they would fix the car after they supposedly already fixed only for it to brake down on me not even 2 days later of them saying nothing was wrong with the car.
