I bought a truck from Covert Ford Lincoln a year ago. Since it has been a year, it was time for my annual inspection. My truck failed inspection, because it has no muffler! To my knowledge, a vehicle should not be able to pass an inspection without a muffler. I've contacted the dealership for help, but they've been unwilling to fix the problem thus far.I have pictures from the day I arrived home from the dealership last year that show the underside of the truck with no muffler. buyers beware. shady business practice. had to walk from a deal due to lies, going back on our negotiated price after we got our own lender and ext warranty, and trying to tax us over the 6.25% sales tax with an added VIT tax. they make all their money off of buyers using their "preferred lenders" that I promise you are not the best rates. after I got my own lender and ext warranty they refused to align the car before purchase. than said it was defective and going to auction. next day car is on the website again. **** used c... read more

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Covert ********** and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing due to extended delays, partial reimbursements, and unclear ********** vehicle required a diagnostic that took over ten days. During this period, I had to rent a vehicle for my family, incurring a total cost of $1,057.84. We purchased a 2021 Lincoln Navigator with 10k miles on in August 2022 from Covert Ford Lincoln in ******. In October 2023, with approx 24k miles on it, our local dealership in ********* completely replaced the transmission, repaired the Apple car play system and repaired the drivers seat. In April 2024, the car started having trouble with all the same things. Convert **** is the worst dealship 2013 truck making payment at 600 monthly trying make you pay like it's brand new they need to be audited and investigated for there practices do not recommend convert **** at all they want to take your money and sale you c*** and they people don't care about customer service or doing people right a zero

I bought this 2020 Lincoln Corsair 4 months ago. With it I purchased a 6 year ******* mile warranty. I have called 4, maybe five times to repair this radio that has no audio. At times my screen goes out also. Sometimes its lit up sometimes not. They never attempted to call me back. I decided to visit them at the dealership. This has been the worst service ever. We ordered a brand new SUV and had issues with people telling ** false information and not taking care of the issues with the car. And then promising to take care of it and never getting a phone call back. We have been without our vehicle for 2+ months now just because they can't fix the problem. Worst experience I've ever had paying someone to fix something. My Focus's dashboard stopped working, so I drove it to Covert, where I gave it to a service rep, who drove it away and parked it.They told me they couldn't look into the dashboard, because one of the cables to the 12-V battery had a bolt that was missing. They told me that **** rules don't allow them to replace only the bolt; they have to replace the entire battery cable system, which is $350 in parts and labor. I purchased a used car from them. Worse experience ever. The car never worked starting from purchase date. They lied to me saying they would fix the car after they supposedly already fixed only for it to brake down on me not even 2 days later of them saying nothing was wrong with the car.
