Would highly recommend this garage if you have a Mercedes. Whilst on holiday with family near Bideford. My A45 decided to dump its transmission oil (which had been changed 2000 miles before hand up in Birmingham). The car was recovered to a garage in Barnstable as they said they could deal with it. As my family and i returned to the midlands via train that garage called to say they couldn't deal with it. A bit disappointed a was recommended by other people to use this garage Rang up several times to get through and no answer and when I finally got through I spoke to a lady on reception and asked if they could book me in to diagnose my Mercedes, told her the problems and she said it's not something we are interested in which I find strange considering they only have to plug it in and they are too busy which I find odd again as I rang last week and they said they can look at it I hope you treat other customers better than you ... read more
Very knowledgeable, very professional. All round very positive experience with Coverdale 2 and great customer service.
How customer service should be! Had a little 'emergency' with my Mercedes. Non working washer jets and due to head off up to Scotland. They managed to see me straight away and sort the problem within half an hour. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend them.
Used Coverdale today for the first time, excellent service, friendly staff and will definitely use again. Thank you 🤩
