Absolutely fantastic service! We had a really good experience with this self-storage company. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. It’s a family run business. Paul at the facility was incredibly supportive and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond for us. We were running a little late to drop off our items for storage (as we were driving from another city). Paul went out of his way and stayed back after hours just so we could drop off our items. I can enthusiastically recommend Coventry Self Storage. I had hoped to get an indoor unit but they were all taken, I was initially dubious about pallet storage but it proved to be an excellent option, very good value for money! I was able to gain access whenever I wanted and my items were in perfect condition at the end of occupation which I think was around 2 years. Excellent family run business. I can re-iterate another review which said: "Kerri the owners daughter is super nice and friendly. Her dad helped me...". I had the same experience. They use technology in the best way to help and support your needs 24/7. Would use this facility again without looking elsewhere. Thanks guys!
