As many others say, one star feels very generous. Let me give you a quick example of a conversation i had with Interletz when i moved into my uni house for second year to find no fridge: "yes i remember checking your houses' inventory and thought it was a bit weird that there was no fridge". And when chasing this company (i really mean chasing) for any repairs or issues, prepare yourself to have to call and email them every single day for over a month if you want anything close to an acceptable reply. Absolute trash. Been out of the house for a year now and still get pestered regularly. Told us not to pay a fee due to a clerical error and then got an e-mail threatening legal action. They are jokers, nothing is urgent to them, your house could burn to the ground and they would respond 2 months later! AVOID!!!
Worst letting agency ever ignores request and do not help with any issues or concerns l had by far the worst letting agency ever
THE WORST letting agency. They do not communicate well within the company as I have to explain issues multiple times to the agency yet no one has any solutions to the problem. Me and the tenants have lost money with this letting agency so I would not recommend it to anyone since they do not care for the well being of their tenants. STUDENTS STAY WARY OF THIS AGENCY.
