Communication from Maggie was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unclear, especially as she had agreed in writing to be paid on delivery. She got deeply offended as she misunderstood this for me needing to “inspect” her work - which I never said (despite her nasty accusations), and she then demanded payment upfront.
