WHY HAS NO ONE REPLIED???? Had suite delivered 3 weeks ago looked lovely, paid £2500.00 I'd explained that I only sit in one place, the salesman said that wouldn't be a problem at all. After first night it had gone very baggy and creased. Called in shop and an engineer came. He explained that it had a soft topper over the foam and that was the reason.
