I'm VERY disappointed with this firm. I was told to pay £1500 initial payment before I could get legal advice. Once I paid the solicitor I had he then disappeared on me. He just Stopped responding. I received no legal advice no apology for never getting back in touch with me. I ended up having to take legal advice from elsewhere on what to do next. Court Yard Solicitors delayed my legal case by many months and never apologized and don't give refunds even if they never end up giving you a service after taking your money.
First time I’ve ever had a solicitor call me back on a Saturday and arrange a same day meeting to sort out my problem. Clear fee structure, and quality service at their Wimbledon branch.
