Two things for me to give a hotel a great grade. A minimal wait for an elevator and a clean room by mid afternoon. I would have given a 5 star review if the room was clean. Hotel staff came afte 3pm to clean, which was problematic, since I needed to get dressed for a wedding.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, service is great and rooms are nice with a great view. I would highly recommend this place, and I've stayed here at least 4 times once for a week...

I strongly recommend this Coconut Grove hotel for your vacation in Miami... It is very well maintained, with a great staff and always very clean... This a great hotel, if you consider the best cost-benefit option you can find in the whole Miami area... Ps. The hamburgers of their restaurant are great too...
King standard room is nice enough...no complaints. I wish they had a safe in the room...surprised they don't. Didn't mind paying for the valet service because the price of the room was better than other rates. Breakfast is amazing... It is complementary! #bigwin
The staff is so friendly and the view is phenomenal!
