The rooms are out dated and they still have the old Picture tube TV's. The views of both inland and out to the coast are amazing.

Good facilities.. helpful staff..only problem is parking for guests is chargeable.. which should be looked at.
We come to Miami just to stay at this hotel, which is a destination in itself. The staff is superb and accommodating, the rooms are comfortable, stylish and clean, the views are amazing, and there are lots of restaurants and a Fresh Market within walking distance. Many flight crews stay here on layovers so you can meet people from all over the globe. If the rooms had a kitchen I might just move in here.
The room was not ready when we arrive had to wait about an hour, ok that's fine. Once we were able to go to our room we got stuck on the elevator for about 15 minutes. Went out to get something to eat came back, guess what we got stuck AGAIN. Can you imagine being stuck with 2 kids and 2 senior citizens. If you are blessed to get a room on the 15th floor your in for a treat.
This is a great hotel, in a great location, with an awesome staff. Best deal in the area!
