RecommendedEveryone is so nice and friendly. Could not be happier staying here.
Business response:
Thank you for your honest review, Jim! We are thrilled to read that you found our staff to be nice and friendly. We look forward to welcoming you for another memorable stay soon.
The room that i booked on April 26 for December 9-15 was cancelled by the hotel last night without informations on relocation to another property. We are arriving at Miami in three weeks time and room rates for December are on a peak. This is really outrageous!!!!
