My (2009 Buick Lacrosse) headlight STILL does not work after recalled part was replaced by them and they refuse to fix it (my headlight) without cost to me. I reported to BBB and called and emailed corporate also.

Marquita, I have good news for you. All signs point to needing a light bulb replaced. We can confirm with certainty that the recall was not the source of your problem. If the source of the problem is your lightbulb, we wouldn’t charge the diagnostic fee. Owning an aging vehicle provides tremendous value to its’ owner, but there are moments such as these that cause frustration.
