I've been a customer at Courtesy Buick GMC service department for a couple of years now, and they always exceed expectations. Recently, I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I showed up around 10am to drop my car off so that I could go ahead and go to work and come back later to pick it up. They told me that they'd be glad to go ahead and change my oil so that I didn't have to come back later. They got me in and out very quickly. Very friendly staff. Not the most time efficient, but a clean faculty and a courteous staff makes up for that.

I had an appointment for a routine service. This should take 45 min to 1 hour. I was waiting onsite for 2 hours and 30 min. If they were running that far behind, I should have been told at check in and given the opportunity to reschedule. I had to make 2 separate calls to make arrangements for my children. Once your car is up in the air, you can't really leave to go pick up your children.

Awsome experience every experience is awsome at Courtesy Buick GMC they show nothing but Courtesy makes you feel at home It is a great reminder why I chose to do business with Courtesy Buick GMC. I had another wonderful experience with Courtesy Buick GMC today. I meet a member of the Social Media Cordinator's incredible wounder full person but they all are THANK YOU COUTESY BUICK GMC

I was notified of a recall on my vehicle. Courtesy gave me an appointment for the service. Drove up and the service door was raised as I drove up. Waited only about 15 min and was on my way. Hard to beat that kind of response and service. Thank you Courtesy. Lowellcampbell

Wait time for oil change not too long. Completed work and back on road within an hour. Just hope it goes as well if not better on my next trip.
