Had my recall done today service was great and everyone was helpful
Bought a car from here in April and was very ecstatic. However, I made an appointment for today at 10am for an oil change, to look at a broken nozzle, and complimentary car wash. It has now been over 2 hours and I have heard nothing. Very disappointed.

I am currently here now waiting on a simple oil change to be completed. I had an appointment at 10, was here at 9:55 and stood there waiting to be checked in for almost 20 min! Yes I understand you are busy but that's excessive amount of time to wait tone checked in. Was told it would be 45 min - 1 HR.....wrong! It's been 1hr 40 min and I had to come to you too see what was going on. I was told it would be another 30 min! I am just getting an oil change. This is absolutely ridiculous

These guys were right on to of things. Told then what I was looking for. How much money we made. How much we could spend. Without any further hesitation their resource system went to work. In a hour we drove out with our GMC TORAIN

It might be a new name but if it's the same people forget it, I'll never buy another car from them they will screw you in a heartbeat
