Drove all the way from the Grass Valley area to test drive a car I had been thinking about. To our delight, we loved the sales experience we had at this dealership. Loved the car and bought it. Finance was a breeze and we are now enjoying our new "Used" car. I would definitely recommend them.
Sales staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. Anthony made buying my new Subaru enjoyable. Finance was quick and easy. Service dept is efficient and comparative cost to other service centers.

Bought my first Mercedes from Courtesy after driving a BMW. The sales staff were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure my purchase needs were met. The owner, who I'd briefly met on a previous occasion, greeted me like an old friend. I couldn't have asked for a better purchase experience.
Heart broken! My visit was not very courteous, and my Subaru did not get the love I thought it would! I don't think I could ever recommend their service Dept! :'( wish I could drive my Subaru!
