Very pleased with our experience at Courtesy Motors. I am loving my new Subaru Outback. Our sales person, Isaac Johnson was awesome! I am extremely disappointed in Courtesy Automotive. I purchased an Extended Maintenance Program Upgrade for $2,500 for our 2011 BMW. I was told that we would receive money back if we sold the vehicle. I decided to sell because the convertible was just not practical for a family of four. I asked several times if I would receive money pro-rated upon the sell and told yes we would receive a refund. Courtesy is now saying they will not refund us any of the money.
