Worst experience I've had buying a used car. I purchased the vehicle (13 Ford Focus) in May 2015, since then I have only put 5500 miles on it and I've had to get the transmission reprogrammed, the window switch fix the headlight control knob and the driver side vent, and center console replaced because everything broke. I took my car in again 5/19 because my valves are now chattering. They tell me they do not have certified Ford Mechanics in their service department have to tow my car to OROVILLE FORD, to get looked at. Here... read more

I have bought many new Mercedes-Benz over the years, mainly from dealers in the Sacramento area. I figured since Chico is close to Redding, I would try Courtesy Motors. I was concerned about the annual service procedure and methods of getting my car from Redding to Chico for the service. I was assured that they would be able to come and get it, bring it back after the service and furnish me with a car while it was being serviced. Not even close.
