I brought my car here for repairs. Rather than doing th repair in a timely manner, I've been greeted with excuse after excuse. I'm a a point where I have filed complaints with the state and am considering filing lawsuits over lost revenue to my business.
RecommendedWhen we bought the Tahoe from John L Sullivan of Roseville, it was the absolute worst buying experience ever! Total run around (6-7 hours!!!) and ended with the sales guy accidentally showing me porn! Got home today to find a gift basket and a letter of appreciation from Chico Courtesy Automotive. The whole buying experience from them took less than an hour and it was painless (no porn!) !!! This is how it should be...will go back for our next vehicle!
They will take advantage of you and not return your call or get back to you. My husband has done everything he can to try and get our refund on our warranty and gap insurance but Courtesy won’t return his call. They just tell us to call a specific person which my husband has done but then gets told that person isn’t available. This has been ongoing since February when my husband gave them a copy of our warranty and gap insurance which Courtesy claims they had no record of.
I had a great experience here. I drove up from Sacramento, got in, got out. no bs and a great deal! Brad & Cameron were great!! Thanks guys
Had a wonderful experience at Courtesy! Quickest completion of paperwork we’ve ever experienced. Staff was friendly and professional without being ‘those salespeople” that you tend to avoid at dealerships. They took good care of us, and had our son out the door and on his way in his new ride within 2 hours! A+ Excellent service! Thank you!
I have to admit I was pretty apprehensive to shop for a car here. I had a really bad experience car shopping here 20 years ago. I was shopping with my late husband and we were lied to, humiliated and practically shown the door when we showed a bit of resistance to what we were being told. We've dealt with Courtesy on multiple levels- from Subaru service- to a pair of car purchases (one new, one used- both purchased from Cedric). Their sales department, and perhaps more notably, their service department (Jesse) have been absolutely top notch.
